I often get the “Mommy what is for breakfast” and more with schooling from Home is an everyday question.Let me take you to this easy and healthy smoothie my kiddo approved is delicious and full of Proteins & Nutrients for You and Your Family.

Best Morning Smoothie

If you want a Smoothie full of Proteins I highly recommend to add protein to the smoothies for a Nutricional Morning start is optional to each person but to me this Protein Powder is the Best out there I have chocolate and Vanilla flavor comment below if you have tried it! and what is your favorite flavor?

YOU WILL NEED THIS

  • Blender or Smoothie Blender here the link to the one I used.
  • 1 Cup of Almond Milk ( Any Milk you prefer)
  • 1 Banana
  • 1/2 of Blueberries
  • 2 Dates ( Why Dates are important for a healthy life style) Click here
  • 1/2 of Old Fashion Oats
  • Ice ( Optional)

  • 1st Step add Blue berries
  • 2nd Step add Dates
  • 3rd Step add Oats
  • 4-5-6 Step add Banana ,Milk About 1cup of Milk
  • 7th Add 1 scoop of Protein Powder(Optional)
